Title: What size ic piping
Post by: Ashp1989 on April 24, 2014, 09:59:08 PM
Iv just bought a fmic with a 3" inlet and outlet. But what size piping will be best suited for the stock twins? Just so I can order them and order reducers from the fmic inlet and outlet if needed. Will 2.5" be fine?

2.75" or 70mm Not 75mm / 3" i seem to remember on stockers. If you have 3" tubes you will need reducers.

I\'m not botherd about buying reducers. I just want the best reccomended size for the stock twins without it flowing to much so it doesn\'t work properly, or having it to small so it doesn\'t flow enough.

Ive got 3" from the standard black plastic turbo outlet pipe through to the tb. Flows well enough not that you really need to worry about lag on seq twins anyway.

If you already have 2.5 then it will be fine to use but if your buying then buy 3"
