Title: Rx7 Rebuild
Post by: fd3s_ on March 20, 2014, 09:40:50 AM
Anyone heard of Rotarymotion or know if they are any good? I was qouted £2200 for a rebuild of my Single Turbo engine using stock mazda parts with 2 years /24K miles warranty plus another £300 for a street port.

If anyone can recommend someone else to where I could contact for a rebuild, I\'m based in Nottingham but know will have to travel.

Still stuck at this, whether to go with Hayward or someone else. Just spoke to Re Works, they said they offer 12 month warranty and don\'t set any limiters once rebuild to it\'s up to be to run it in sensibly. They also don\'t don\'t do tuning !!! Any other recommendations?

Who offers the best warranties would be high on my agenda.
From personal exp.
fd. Rx motors...no issues.
rx8 Hayward Rotary...no issues.

Very good warranty with HR.

Worth putting a clutch in there whilst so need to budget for that.

Rang oldones today, good thing is that they break each job and it\'s charges are individual but bit pricy when it\'s all added up. Also doesn\'t offer warranty.
