As soon as I turn my Ignition on.my head lights pop up and head lights are on and then if I turn head lights on main beam comes on any help would be grate
Have a look at the relays in front of the air intake under the bonnet first as its possible one has glued itself closed and is passing currant to the lamps all the time.
If not, headlamp switch is next in line I would say.
