as above any ideas ..it might actuator arm come uncliped???any ideas or it may be a job for Geff...
It could be a number of things unfortunately. Have you got a boost guage fitted? This is the best way to determine any boost issues. I had the same problem when i bought mine.
Are you getting full boost on the 1st turbo?
Does the car idle high?
Can you hear any hissing under the Upper Intake Manifold?
Jon
that sounds about what its doing . the first turbo is spot on...how much is it going to cost:( :( :(
I had a similar problem a while ago where the transition was all wrong from one turbo to the other, this turned out to be a split vacuum pipe which connected to the top of the \'Y\' pipe, so I would have a good look round all the vac pipes you can see and have a good listen for sucking/blowing too. If all else fails talk to Pip at WGT....he found and fixed my problem in half an hour.
do you have a boost gauge fitted ? (if not get one fitted as it is a good indication of how much boost you are producing)
if you have do you know your exact readings ?
you sure you are not hitting safety boost as it is hot outside rx7 tend to do this.
check all your intercooler pipes, try and check the one attached between the crossover pipe and the y-pipe.

People always go to the worst case. First thing to do as a few guys have said is check all the hoses as sometime a slight split will lose you boost, as yes try to install a boost gauge.
