Here\'s the starting grid;
SNETTERTON 300 Friday 21st February - £99 with MSVT, who will also give a 10% discount on 5 cars or more, and a free garage for every 5 cars. SNETTERTON 300 Saturday 8th March- £249, with a club discount of £50, so £199 with Mazdaontrack. This event is a Saturday and is limited to just over 70 cars, hence the higher price. With that number of cars there should be little or no waiting in the pitlane. Half the places are going to the MX5OC, so this will be a great day with mostly, literally, Mazdas on track plus NickD and his team will be in attendance to look after everyone as they always do so well. I\'ve got to put the car back together before I can commit to a trackday.
I\'m definitely doing Japfest in May. If its sorted sooner I\'d like to get a day in at Oulton Park for sure.

FYI; One of the RX8OC track regulars (Bulldog, aka Mike from Liverpool) is looking to go to Oulton on either the 25th Jan or 8th Feb. I\'ll let him know you\'ll be there Ade - what\'s your dad driving?
He\'s got a mr2 roadster. Thought I\'d try and get him into a jap car (when he sold his kit car) and he loves it so got him the trackday for his 60th birthday. He\'s not been on track before so should be really good fun. Obviously I had to book me as a second driver to show him the ropes!

Thanks for posting up the current list. I need to participate in as many track days as possible in 2014, as I only had the RX on 2 track days in 2013 due to all the breakages.
I will kep a watch of the Snetterton thread. Cannot commit yet as the car still has no turbo, bov, wastegate or exhaust !!

I would love to visit Japfest but those both tracks are quite far from London, so dont know if thats possible. Rental car is way too expensive for that trip...

Just a quick update; Snetterton on 21st Feb is "GO". The level of interest on the RX8OC is such that getting to the minimum of 5 isn\'t an issue :yes
Clive and I have already booked, so the RX-8 race car will be there too :mmmm

I would love to but the car is at steve\'s for a bit of work then I will have to book it in for a tune, so I don\'t think it will be ready for this

Have you given the wrong date for the Cadwell trackday here? The above post says Mon 22nd Sep, but the linked thread etc says Friday 17th Oct.
I believe Fri 17th Oct is the correct date, and Mon 22nd Sep is a copy/paste from the Snetterton event.

While I\'m nitpicking, I should say that I really appreciate you organising these club trackdays, and I am hoping to get myself signed up for Cadwell shortly!
Would be great to see you there Tom. We usually get between 10 and 16 cars out at Cadwell. I\'m hoping for the same or more this year.
And thankyou; these days are always fun, and I get satisfaction from sharing the experience with others who clearly enjoy these days as much as I do, so I\'ll keep arranging more for as long as I can :D
