The local radio has picked this up saying that 60,000 motorists are either stupid and can\'t read the signs, or they are deliberatly using bus lanes, or the signs are not clear enough.
Imagine if its prooved the signs are not clear enough and they have to pay the fines back.
Doesn\'t the sign below mean if you\'re going to an \'off street area\' you can go through - apparently not.
