If everything\'s healthy then somewhere in the 215-230 at the wheels range would realistic.  Possibly upt to 240 but not more than that realistically.  Depends on the condition of your cat and how restrictive the cat-back is.

I was making 244 rwhp (g-force dyno dynamics) with street-ported engine and cat-back but with a knackered cat.  The proting made quite a difference and it\'s a new rebuild (only done about 5k miles on it) so it\'s pretty healthy.

Should be 255 should it not?  Maybe that was only the Type R.

My first one only had about 200 at the wheels (think it may havbe been less than that even).  To be honest, it wasnt really very quick.

Depends on year and model. Its ROUGHLY as follows:

UK cars 237hp
Early jap cars 255hp 1991-1995 8-bit ecu
Later cars 265hp 1996-1998 16-bit ecu
Latest cars 280hp

At the wheels the 265hp cars make about 210-215ish.

Catback and induction might add 10-15hp.
