Post by: RandomDan on September 15, 2013, 01:20:05 PM
Well iv been and bought myself an RX7 :P
It only has one key and the unlock fob is a bit chewed up.
Will my local mazda dealers be able to sort me out or is there anywhere that might be cheaper?

How old is your rx7? If its got no chip in key for immobilizer then ebay for key blank and get it cut at Key cutters.....
Alarm fob again ebay for a fob carcass....or get a spare fob again ebay and download pdf manual for alarm and sync in new fob.
I did the same when i only got 1 key and a manky fob for my 7.

Its a 99 does that make a difference?

Also its not a fob for an alarm just for unlocking the doors

being a 99 suspect its got an immobilizer chip in key! Think Mazda might be your best bet.
