Does anyone know where I can buy some for my FC? All the local motor factors round me can\'t get them or don\'t even list them. If they can\'t be bought anymore does anyone know of one that will fit off another make/model car?
Cheers
Ade
you can get spurious track rod ends from motor factors, though their design is poor and doesnt mirror the OEM part (from my experience). ADL (blue print) did do track rod ends up until a year or so ago, but cant seem to get them now, bit of a pain in the H**E!
have you tried mazda? think they are pretty dear, like £60-80!!
let me know if you are successful

I got mine (outer track rods) from Clive - give him a bell Ade...
The inner track rods I found on eBay...
I\'ve tried Clive. He has one, but I\'d rather replace both of them since I have them off anyway. Blueprint still have a part number for them but don\'t stock them here anymore apparently. Everyone else seems to be drawing blanks too. Might have to get some from the states at this rate! Luckily my Mum is heading out there next week so I might get her to pick some up for me.
Any other suggestions?
Ade
Did a quick search and found these?! http://www.mazdarotaryparts.com/brx-7-fc-pair-of-steering-track-rod-endsb-1329-p.asp
If they don\'t have it I\'m sure rotechniks can get them for you.
Best,
Gabor

just had a quick look. na mx5 ones look pretty much identical!!! length, design, threads all same the same!!
Might be worth a shot as mx5 ones are really cheap

Last time I tried Rotechniks, they struggled to find them also, I think the OEM part maker has decided they aren\'t selling and has pulled them. FD one\'s are too short.
Mx5 ones are exactly the same guys we used a set of super now rid ends on the mx5 and I\'ve fitted mx5 ones too my old missle fc

Thanks Milez.
Update about this thread,
Sadly we have had to withdraw selling Gen 2 track rod ends as we have found all of our suppliers now have no stock and they have been discontinued :3Confused
As per a post on this thread we actually bought a pair for a 1990 MK1 MX-5 to double check and found that sadly even though they visually look the same the hole that screws onto the track rod itself is only 10mm and not the 12mm required for the Gen 2
Sharing this so nobody wastes any money
i think u can still get supernow track rod ends from rhd! bit pricy but better than nothing.
Yes you can still get super now ends they are cheapest from rhd Japan
Alternatively just contact mazdatrix they stock the standard ends or anti bump steer ends
And that\'s strange as we have fitted fc rid ends too an mx5 a couple of times now

I\'ve just replaced mine with some new super now ones, they came really fast only a few days. About 110 delivered iirc
