Only if your running an aftermarket ecu. I ran a microtech LT8 with the 2nd gen Cas and FD3S ignitor and coils for the ignition.

What aftermarket ecu have you got to set the timing ? The stock cap and dizzy is very much the optronic points system, quite a dumb system compared to 2nd & 3rd gen ecu systems.

Ah right, best change the dizzy and the rotor arm :D The T2 dizzy and coils can only be used with a proper ecu like linkecu, motec or microtech (etc...........) !

The S3 doesn\'t have an engine ecu as such, its all normally done mechanically.

You can run FD coils with the stock dizzy.
