Title: Help me find a paint code that suits FD3s
Post by: moz on August 25, 2013, 05:57:26 PM
Hi
Im getting my vintage red FD painted next week, its a full respray so gona change to white.
I want it to be bright but with a glacier tone,
I really like the porsche glacier white 3AT they stopped using it in 1998 so kinda hard to find one,
Any ideas? Seen any nice Oem colours?
Heres the link

I jus been reading a few threads about the ford frozen white, seems theres quite a bit of blue in there,
Its kinda taken number one spot i think,
The porsche glacier seems a lil too blue almost pastel, but its still my second choice.
The new white on the 2013 cayenne is also nice, its also shared in the 2013 VW range.
Still cant decide

My track car was done in ford commercial glacier white has a nice blue tinge to it, I looked at  Mercedes commercial white too as that supposed to have a green tinge to it.
