Title: Got my baby back today!
Post by: sadgoth on July 29, 2004, 12:25:44 AM
I am well chuffed, collected the beast from Tim today! Oh yes it sounds positively evil (Brian will concur I\'m sure)! Has a farily serious street port on the primarys and a nice big bridge on the secondaries. doesn\'t half sound scary on \'idle\' if you can call it that, I watched several small children burst into tears as I stopped at some lights this afternoon!

I haven\'t stopped smiling all day! :D :D :D :D

if I can keep hold of a toy long enough! I had an ECU earmarked for it, but a customer wanted it! (still I can always sort out another one!) I\'ve got an induction kit going on at the weekend so it\'s starting! :D

Hell yes! should have the LT8S, induction kit, uprated suspension (and, if I pull my finger out and do some work, a nice GT35R turbo! :D )

Quotenow we need a video of the lumpy idle.

I\'ll see what I can do, if I can get the camera phone to work I\'ll try and sort out a short vid!

Drives very well over 1800rpm, a bit jerky in lower revs but really nice smooth power delivery! :cool

Brian, that is next on the list, just need to decide what pipe to replace it with (I\'m thinking just pop down to a builders merchant and pic up a 4" diameter steel pipe! :D ), I have a few more serious options too! need to recour some funds first!
