Hi all,
I have decided to sell my Blata B1 minibike, it is a Blata B1 rep, however its not those nasty low powered air cooled minibikes you usually see. The Blata B1 has a 37cc water cooled 2 stroke engine, parts are still easy to get and a new piston, ring, pin kit for a top end rebuild comes to around £11.
This is my second Blata I am selling, I sold my other one a while back after rebuilding it, it was basically stock but still revved to around 14,000 rpm (as the buyer tested). As standard they produce around 8bhp, the one I have for sale isn\'t standard as it has flowed cases, carbon fibre reeds, cone air filter, performance exhaust etc, its still running on the standard carb so to increase the power even more you could add a new carb (again not expensive).
The bike also has an upgraded radiator (kit is around £50 on its own) as well as better brakes and its had a new starter pull cord.
I will get some photos of it up later, all funds from it will go towards the drag kart, reason for sale is that I now live in an apartment with no space to run it around lol.
The previous owner was racing it against the more expensive machines eg the Polini GP5, and it was keeping up with those, they retail for upwards of £1,500 (there are race series for them).
Here is the comparison between the cheaper air cooled minibikes and the water cooled engines:
50cc air cooled mini bike (basically a strimmer engine) - 2.5bhp
37cc water cooled mini bike (scaled down 2 stroke race engine) - 8bhp
This is not a toy, neither is it road legal - I just need to make this clear, its a very fast bike as there is basically no weight to it and it runs on slicks, type in \'Blata B1\' in Youtube and you will see what I mean.
Owing to the number of upgrades on it I am asking £300 ono for it (collected)
Here are some photos, I am happy to take offers on this, its pretty awesome :D

Why would it need an alarm? You just pick it up and take it with you :D
