Title: Rotorstock 10 information etc
Post by: clive on July 04, 2013, 03:27:27 PM
Hi Phil,

Thankyou for your questions below I have started an info thread for people to ask about RS10 so we can keep the other as a names only thread.

Lisa, Phil here from FD:UK. i know we shared the area one year and I think I organised our own stand area last year but really it was all incorporated into one, which is the way forward IMO

I\'m sure there\'ll be various / quite a few of us wanting to come along on the Sat, do we need to obtain stand passes from you guys or is just the fact that we\'re in a rotary, so rock up and park up?

Cheers Phil

Hi Phil, as you will know Rotorstock has always been about just being a Rotary gathering regardless of club or individual.

Quite possibly this year more than any other year on its tenth anniversary we will need as many cars to appear collectively in the one area at Santa Pod because quite simply if we don\'t make the numbers there will be no more Rotorstocks!

No more Rotorstock would be sad for lots of reasons with just one being that many people only attend this one event a year and the rest of the time we don\'t get to see their great cars in the flesh,

With this in mind I hope people will encourage others with Rotarys to come along out on the various clubs and forums, also by a few of us going out to the Netherlands this weekend we hope to encourage more top come over to see us.

Back to your question Phil, if your in a Rotary we don\'t think you will need a stand pass and Lisa tells me she will get the admission tickets up for sale some time next week.

If your reading this thread and own a rotary, "ROTORSTOCK NEEDS YOU" :3gears-rh

n00b question... went to get my ticket for Rotorstock, price came up at £5 but as I went down the page there were other prices for GOTP stuff for which day, which type of membership...I would just like to come along with my car, park on the stand then chill out and be glad I made it in one piece ;) which ticket do I need, does it give me both days etc? Cheers! :)

I wonder what should we do? Should we order tickets too? Because I was thinking that it would be easier for us to buy tickets when we arrive to event on saturday...

You can order them to be collected on the gate at Santa Pod.
