Title: Removing turbo, need to drain oil 1st?
Post by: L18M on June 23, 2013, 05:55:41 PM
Going to remove my turbo off my fc as think seals have gone.
Do i need to drain the oil out first prior to removing the turbo?

Anyone name some places to rebuild turbos?
or had experience with any of these:
http://www.aet-turbos.co.uk/
http://www.turborebuild.co.uk/
http://www.turbodynamics.co.uk/

Thanks

No you don\'t.. You may get some from the oil feed and water lines but not much..

I\'ve used turbo dynamic and they were good and fast turnaround
