Title: Possible alternator problem
Post by: Fats on May 05, 2013, 09:33:18 AM
Any body had a problem where the charge light, oil pressure warming light and coolant warning light come on? The commander is showing 12v and under so I\'m presuming a diode has failed in the alternator. I\'m hoping its nothing to do with the odyssey battery I\'ve just fitted

Link to the fault which is pretty much the same

Cheers

If your car dies and all the warning lights on it generally means the alternator is on its way out. Get it rebuilt. I had this problem and my car kept cutting out when out driving, had to change the battery to get my car back home
