Those who I spoke to at JAE will know this already, but I have a stock black FD and picked up some Super Advans in need of a refurb at bargain basement price at the weekend.
They all made it home, thanks to a very kind gent with a grey RX8 and I\'ve been on the net to see what they looked like when new.
There were a number of options, and I\'m not sure what to go for but leaning towards the black spokes and red rim. What do you guys think?

personally add that bit of bling and go gold spokes-chrome rim.

Personally I don\'t like black alloys but you have to drive the car.

Keep them looking like alloys, black doesn\'t stand out. Black looks like steel wheels when youv\'e lost the trim.

I say Gold spokes and Polished Chrome outer lip - but then I would cos thats what I\'ve got!;) Nice!!
The chrome will make the rims look larger due to reflections of the spokes!

Just get them powder coated in whatever colour you prefer, otherwise its going to get difficult and expensive.

Any chance someone could explain to the thick bloke (a.k.a. Me), how the colours are applied.
Educated guesses at cost would be handy too if I\'m to keep the scottish reputation for being tight intact.

Glad you managed to get them all home mate!
I think the silver ones in the bottom right of the six small pics is nicest, but then I\'ve got fairly conventional tastes ;)

from speaking to a few people, cos the spokes get so close to the rim and it\'s a forged 2 piece, different colours is gonna be a pig. (read serious money)
cos of that, I think they\'ll be done in black chrome.
