didn\'t see you go, good to meet you buddy hope you had a good day at JAE, not sure if you got caught in all the traffic, i tried to leave but had to come back to the MRC stand as in 40 mins moved 50 feet!!!!!
We all know rx\'s are no good in traffic!!!!

good to meet you also mate and to see that nice looking car u own in the flesh,tell me about the traffic moved about 50 foot in hour an half in the end followed a few other cars over a one way bridgewhich brought us out at the exit .cheating i know but was not good watching the fuel gauge go down and hardly moving .hopefully ill come up to one the meets you sort out at the bubble inn

keep a look out in the meetings section of the MRC forum, i normally post a week before the actual meet.
Yea we took the same short cut out, i think Chris boid left 45 mins before me, i took the cut and was 10 cars infront of him on the way out, unless i mistook another car for his???:rolleyes:

One of those rare cars where you think absolutely everything is spot on - wheels, light kit, clear side repeaters etc etc. Is it a \'99 spec JDM kit or something aftermarket? Thing with black is it can be hard to make out some of the lines in pics! Bet it looks mind-blowing in the flesh though.

No piccies yet as she\'s still totally standard at the minute (\'94 L in black). aha I wondered where you vanished off to. Apparently there was an accident outside that held everything up. We spent the best part of an hour trying to get out but then spotted an escape route and drove the "wrong" way back out through the entrance (closely followed by another nice looking rex which I think was gaz1011\'s?!?!).
If we hadn\'t have done that I reckon we would of spent another hour or more.

I cut across the field we were in and pushed my way into the queue (wasn\'t let in by an RX-8 I\'ll add!), then went across another short stretch of grass past a load of caravans to cut off another stretch of queing. It was all the wrong way though. All the queues went around that big lake they had.
5 mins to get in, 1hr 15mins to get out :(

Yea there were 2 orange supras that come flying past me on the A45, it was a 60mph m-way and i didnt follow them as there was a likelyhood of police watching that close to the venue????

Personally i think the INGS+1 front end is THE nicest nose for the FD. Bit subjective of course, but i think it\'s amazing. I take it you\'ve had a look at the pics on Ross\' site? Only part of the kit i\'m not so keen on are the skirts (and the wing i guess!), think the perfect combo would be INGS+1 front and rear, mazdaspeed type-2 wing and C-West skirts (marked as GTC skirts on Dragon). Very different, looks fab without distorting the lines of the FD too much.
VeilSide kit is amazing in a different way - there are few kits that make such an impact, but personally i think it makes the nose just a bit too long. :rolleyes:
Another one to check out might be the KS Auto kit, again rare and also beautiful!

not sure how mine will look now as it slightly differnt proportion to what i was expecting when i saw it in flesh & looks even funnier on car but still it\'s certainly better looking than my original one is currently :rollin

Any lower and I wouldn\'t get on/off my drive :(
Will eventually be investing in top adjustables so once I\'m off the drive I can lower it a tad, that or I\'ll just have to move house!

Yep it will negatively impact cooling, how much is beyond me limited knowledge of physics though! I would think/hope not much though.
It\'s a trade off between protecting the radiator and oil coolers and getting maximum air flow. I\'d like to run without it but if I do that then you can bet your @ss some suicide bunny will choose me as it\'s method of destruction :/ :p
Perhaps I\'ll remove it when I upgrade my rad.

This debate about Mesh stopping airflow???
Surely it canna effect the airflow too much can it???
Although the mesh i have is quite widely bodied not really thick mesh.

Yes mate, i can\'t imagine it could have too much of an impact, but i suppose with the RX being a bit fickle with regards cooling, heat soak and the rest it might make a lil difference?

I can\'t wait to get mine into the bodyshop now, I\'m going to go with INGS front and rear bumpers, Veilside C2 rear wing and a scoot bonnet, still not 100% on what skirts to get so I\'ll just have to keep looking. Anyone had any experience with the gull-wing door kits?

hey..there is some VERY nice RX`s here..gaz 1011..you are gonna have to show me that black beauty in the flesh being as you live so close...now im gonna get the kleenex out now and start sulking cus i have not had much luck with my Fd lately..firstly a woman decided to go into the side of me on an island, then the engine decides to start playing up..i have noticed that the engine oil has the same consistency as water..its also stinks of petrol and is black in colour.surely this is not right so shortly after an oil/filter change just a couple hundered miles ago??..i have read posts and it could be a possible leaking or stuck injector.Knowing these engines it could be absolutley anything?? hoses,solenoids etc.. has any1 had this problem before? the engine does chuck `some` black smoke out at high boost but otherwise drives as normal
