Post by: woolley bully on March 02, 2013, 08:38:02 PM
Hi all wile removing the stock twins I managed to snap both studs in the rear housing :-(
There is a fair bit or the stud still sticking out so I should be able to remove them ,, I need to know what size studs they are , pitch , length ect
Also anyone got any tips on removing broken studs ,,, I\'m thinking stillsons an maybe a touch of heat ?

Hellfrauds do a stud extractor set but it does not reach all of the studs on twin manifold. My local shop were happy for me to buy them, try them and return them if they were no good. The set has several differently sized sockets. Worth a try.
