hI ALL,
i KNOW ITS BEEN ANSWERED BEFORE, BUT ALTHOUGH i HAVE TRIED SEVERAL SEARCHES, i CANT FIND THE THREAD THAT GIVES THJE DETAILS ON WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR EMISSIONS TESTING FOR THE mot. (sorry for all the caps)
My car just passed its emissions with 0.34%co (is this very low for a 1st gen with no airpump or cat?) and 700 ppm HC. We looked in the manual for info on rotary engined cars, but couldnt find anything; any idea which section it is that gives the exceptions?

could someone give the definitive answers, and then it can be made\'sticky\' so we dont have to search for it.

..damn this MOT business....

...im filling my pants worrying about it!!!!Due 27th August, hopefully going in next week.....on my V5 for under section 3, special notes it says \'Emissions limit % CO 3.5; HC 0.12\'...

..like that means anything to me!!

Fingers crossed.
