Got my MSA starter pack today and booked my Ards test for 1 march at Combe...woo hoo...lots of reading to be done...and emptying of bank account!:eek:
Bought my package last year and never got round to doing it, are you planning to drive in a series or just doing it to become better on track?
long term plan....but Castle Combe Gt\'s.....been talking about it long enough.....ideally on the grid for latter half of this season to take it easy ....and learn the yet to be purchased car....or start next year.....
Done all my sums and bought an RX8 last year but got nobbled by a 1.7 co-efficient for a rotary engine.....so pound for pound i am looking a NA Radical below 1400 cc ....Class C will be an old 1 prosport or maybe a sr3.....moving house first then the misses has given me green light! its rather expensive and my pockets aint deep! but been saving for a few years....will wipe me out but 1 life gotta live it!

ARDS = Association of Racing Driver Schools
MSA = Motor Sports Association

Fingers crossed.....i don\'t know whether buying a radical to start out with is such a great idea....the instructor suggested 1 year in saloons in a 1400 to get experience ....
