I had a look at this for Martin and can confirm that the turbo is in good condition with little bearing movement and is dry.

Any idea what the Turbo make/model etc is?

It is a Greddy TD06-25G kit with TypeR Wastegate. The good thing on this kit is, the manifold has a T3 pattern and will accept a GT35R turbo in case you have problems with TD06 turbo.

I would very much doubt hubs, but interest at what boost as we have asked.

The power was flywheel hp and at the time I think Pip said he thought the engine must have at least a mild street port.

TBH Jon, as we all know Pip maps relatively conservatively right, so we can make an assumption that it\'ll be around .7/.8 mark and certainly no more than a bar... :)

That would be about 1bar boost and flywheel hp on that turbo.

I never get this? Through word of mouth Pip is known as the conservative mapper? Has anyone that been to pip had there car mapped and actually asked him to go for more boost?

Not having a to at you fil, me old chum, just wondered if anyone had asked Pip directly for more boost :) :D

Yep.... Pip\'s not daft, he will set your car up for what ever you ask for but if you don\'t have EGT sensors and all the other toys he will recommend you don\'t go over 1 bar and it will be on the rich side (you don\'t tend to see his cars blow up a month later)

IMHO and from seeing him work he builds safe Reliable road cars that are not excessive and they last a long time but i get the feeling he thinks 370rwhp is enough for any road car and when you start talking custom parts you better have a forgiving bank manager :)

BTW Pip mapped mine to 1.3bar before i started to loose hp gains per psi so he called it a day.
