Hi everyone. My name\'s Ghalib, I\'m 21, I\'m a student from Glasgow and am  searching for my first FD! :)

I\'m currently driving an astra mk5 but looking to sell to fund my FD. Here\'s how the astra currently stands:

Not standard by any means but I tried to keep the mods subtle/OEM to an extent! Let me know what you think :)

Would just like to apologise in advance for any daft questions you may be seeing from me in the near future :Laugh

Loving the forum so far! :wave

Welcome!  Don\'t worry about asking questions, it\'s always worth a quick search first but if nothing shows up or you\'re still unclear then feel free to ask.

Like the way you\'ve done the Astra, I think that sort of "OEM+" approach works well on the FD.

The roads north of Glasgow are awesome, would be fun in any car but really great in an FD.

Thanks! I\'ll be sure to search before posting random threads that have been covered before :Giggle

Cheers mate, I know exactly what I\'m planning for the FD when it comes. Got a list of everything that i\'m thinking of doing to it but first things that are getting done to it have to be some reliability mods - which I\'m going to have to start researching!

I love the back roads in Scotland, as much fun as they are with a small fwd astra I can\'t imagine how insane they\'d be in an FD. Can\'t wait! :yes
