Title: Japfest 2013 Tickets and Stand Passes

Due to huge turnout for Japfest (http://www.japfest.co.uk/) 2012, we need to plan in advance the number of people looking to attend this year\'s event.

Japfest 2013 will be held on Saturday, 11th May at it\'s usual venue of Castle Combe.

Please add your name to the list below and then please copy the previous list to your post, in order that we keep the list in order.

Please only add you name, ticket and standpass requirement on this thread.  If you have general questions regarding Japfest, please can you make a new thread.

If you are interested in tracktime at this event, we have TWO, 15 minute, rotary only, dedicated track sessions reserved for the MRC. You can put your name down for one or both sessions VIA THIS LINK (http://www.mazdarotaryclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=78590)

Hi guy\'s I will definitely be attending this event however I am looking to bring my step dad in his rx8. He normally comes out to this event but has never been on rhetoric track as he is not with any club
Is there any problems with me buying aclub stand and track time for his birthday? Should mean we can start getting him more involved with the club too.

We currently still have 15 tickets available for Japfest.

Don\'t forget that tickets to Japfest this year are per car.  Therefore if 4 of you come in a car the ticket price is £10.00 for full club member and £20.00 for non members.

Please also remember that the ticket will come with stand pass to park your car on the club stand.  This only applies to those of you attending in your Rotary Car.

Looking forward to seeing everyone soon :)

Some of us are staying at the Cepen Lodge Premier Inn at Chippenham tonight (and maybe nearby hotels). It\'s going to be very busy there I\'m guessing. If people are able to post up here (and I\'ll put a copy in the other main Japfest thread), I\'ll try to book a suitable table as soon as I arrive, for those who want to eat together at the Premier Inn.

Put the EARLIEST time you want to eat, then I can adjust slightly is you are arriving later to suit the majority.

Hi Ann - no problem, hope you are feeling better for tomorrow!

Not sure what the consensus on arrival time is, but based on last year my vote would be to aim to get to the entry gate no later than 7am. Gates are open from 6am. I\'d rather be on the stand early than risk crawling in traffic for miles. I\'ll see what others think tonight and maybe post up on here late what we are planning to do from the Cepen in the morning.

I can\'t make it, my coolant sensor for the ecu has screwed up and I don\'t want to risk damaging anything in the engine. Just run out of options to guarantee the fix.

Car has been on the trailer all week with BHP show on Monday, Cal changes Wednesday & testing Thursday!!See you guys in the morning, Will have most stuff reqd in the van if needed.

Talk about last minute, resoldered a plug on to the loom and the sensor is working perfectly fine again :D

Off to rent my trailer and will only really set off from Preston after 6pm, will be quite late when I get to hotel.

Just heard that Clive and Lisa are running late. Have moved table booking to 8pm. I\'ll be in the bar ~7pm. First round on me :-)

We\'re here - they don\'t officially start breakfast until 8am but agreed to do us cereals / toast etc at 6:30am.
