Title: Re Speed
Post by: DB RX63 on November 28, 2012, 09:21:31 PM
Has any experienced problems with delivery from Re Speed ?

I placed an order with Re Speed 6 weeks ago, I got an order confirmation, which said delivery should be 2 weeks later.

I paid over $370 for the goods, I have received nothing. They do not answer emails or answer the telephone, or return calls.

So my advice is do not give your money to these people, however good the products might be. If you do not receive them, then it doesn\'t matter how good they are !

I would be interested to hear of anyone\'s experiences with Re Speed.

I had no problem with them when Billy was running it but I believe they have changed hands recently,

I\'ve had stuff off them in the past without too much hassle.

Best bet is to ring them direct and try and get a tracking number. Chances are the package is stuck in customs and the duty note hasn\'t been sent out.

I have rung too many times, never does a human answer! I have e-mailed every address, including Sam\'s private e-mail and his cell phone - result nada !

Thanks for the advice, clearly a business in decline due to poor management.

If you paid on a Credit card they can claw the money back if you get no joy.

I\'ve had things off them in the last without too much stress. Best bet is to band them immediate and try and get a monitoring variety. Possibilities are the program is trapped in traditions and the responsibility observe hasn\'t been sent out.
