Title: Seat recommendations (wide hips)

(following on from http://mazdarotaryclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77689)

I went to try an FD, but found the (standard) seats uncomfortably tight on my hips - the angled bolsters on the sides put pressure on them, it wouldn\'t be comfortable for any distance.

I did also try an RZ with the Recaros, which definitely solved the problem.  However, I understand that these are the thick end of a grand to buy secondhand.

Are there any other seats that people have found more accommodating on the hips than standard ones?  I found a list of seats that fit into an FD here http://mazdarotaryclub.com/forums/showthread.php?t=74594 , but no idea how comfortable they might be.

Also, is there any shop I could go to try out (sit in) seats, before buying?  I don\'t really want to buy seats online and then find out when they arrive that they are no better for me than the standard ones!
I found that Demon Tweeks have a superstore that is \'conveniently\' located in North Wales - somewhere closer to London would be more feasible for me.
