Title: How much.....

How much does a complete car go for? Tidy shell with a running engine. Non turbo model??

Chairman Kev told me his friend got one for a couple hundred quid! Was thinking of something I could use to get into hill climbing.

It varies from a few hundred quid to a few grand depending on the state of the car. It\'d have to be exceptional to get more then 2K though I\'d imagine.

All the EGI\'s I\'ve seen at the moment are either complete basket cases for beer money or are nicely looked after/restored ones that are up to £2k.  I\'ve had similar ideas about a drift machine.

A prety much standard car, with a solid shell, working engine and brakes. Are the carb\'d ones egis?? Nothing powerful, just something cheap and fun to run.

The price vaires so much...

I sold a mechanically good EGi with ported engine etc to MrHanky for a few hundred quid because the body was far from mint.

EGi\'s don\'t rust like the T2 does, but they are not immune. (Top of the A pillars is a favourite)

I would budget between £500 and £1000 for a useable EGi.

The EGi\'s are all fuel injected, drop me a PM with your phone number and I\'ll go over it on the phone... there\'s a lot that can be done but I CBA to type it all out! :Giggle
