Seriously Considering Selling the 1st Gen. May be having issues with insurance broker at end of year due to the miles I commute a year and this being my 1st car.
Currently the Spec of the Car is as follows :
Series 3 FB with approx 158k on Clock, Approx 125bhp on LPG
13b Engine (Series 5 EGI 6 port) - Changed about 110k miles. Bought from Tim at Rx-motors about 3-4yrs ago.
Series 4 Egi Gearbox (Taller Ratios for MPG) - Bought from a breakers last year.
Ignition controlled by Microtec LT8 with FD ignitor and coils.- Can supply part of EGi intake if buyer wants to swap back to petrol.
Running on LPG (impco vapouriser and 300A Carb) - Get approx 16-20 mpg on lpg, similar to 40mpg on diesel.
Gas Tank under slung where original Fuel Tank position, Fast Filler Pipe installed, spare wheel well flattened over with welded plate.
Ford V8 Single Throttle Body (Home made intake with various parts)
Uprated Radiator (Standard Rad with Double Core)
2nd Gen Oil cooler mod (Beehive cooler removed)
Polybushed all Round
New Rear Dampers (Fronts available with car, just not fit)
17in Team dynamics Alloy Wheels with good tyres all round (6-8mm all round)
Differential was rebuilt approx 2-3yrs ago.
Gold Moonroof (very rare)
Sony DAB stereo with 5.25in fronts and 6.5in rear speakers.
Standard Interior - All in average condition (used everyday)
Underside of the car is in quite good condition, car has had some patching for rust for MOT\'s over the years but nothing major underneath the car.
Currently rear of car does need some attention with a welder. The rear bar under the bumper needs some reconstruction and some rust is showing under the fuel filler. The are a few bubble patches of rust around the car in various places I\'ve had repaired before. Nothing too Major.
The front door seals could do with replacing, they got damaged in the very cold weather. Doors still mainly seal apart from driving in very heavy rain.
Passenger side of car has had a repair done, wing, front bumper and front panel have been replaced and repainted.
Will include a full set of FB wheels with dodgy tyres. Anything in the shed related to the FB will also be included in the deal (not much stuff really)
Price - I\'m looking for £1500 ovno.

Big Style Bearing Failure. Got it in bits at the minute.
Way things are going if the engine is relatively toast I\'ll be putting the car up as a project for £500 with all the engine parts I have. Car is SORN and the MOT is due this month.
Got a replacement crank and possible a replacement rotor, going to get pip to inspect the parts I have and then see what the cost of repairing the car will be. Then I\'d probably want a bit more for a running car.
