Title: Another wheel / offset question
Post by: JIM_RX-7 on September 21, 2012, 12:42:27 PM
Hi all, back on here after 7 years, I\'m looking at some alloys for sale and would like some opinions on offsets and tyre size.

I\'ve read the stickies and done a search but these seem to have a different offset to normal.

First set are:

Rota torque / torque drift staggered

Fronts 17 x 8 ET 35 with 215/40/17

Rears 17 x 9.5 ET 30 with 235/40/17

Second set are some BBS  RSII/0 027

Fronts:

Width: 8J
Offset: ET40

Rears:

Width: 9J
Offset: ET40

Obviously the tyres are wrong as I\'m not after a stretch look but then I\'m looking for something that will fill the arches (car is lowered slightly) without rubbing or arch rolling. 235/45 and 255/40 ?

If anyone has any advice or other suggestions it would be much appreciated

Jim
