Has anyone ordered anything from Victoria British before?

I was trying to do it online but it kept failing!

Also should any electrical components from them work on a UK car?

I think someone on here has ... they are meant to be quite good for parts.

Electrical parts should work OK but you have to watch out for the fact that the cars are LHD and the MK3\'s had a totally different dash to us. picking the right model is sometimes tricky too.

That puts my mind at rest, thanks

Do you know the name of any other parts suppliers? I am after the cost of a fuel pump in case mine ends up being the root of my problems

just don\'t buy a GSL-SE one as they are fuel injected rather than carb

you could try Mazdatrix

How much import tax and postage were you stung for?

If you don\'t mind me asking!

I\'ve ordered a couple of times before from them - including Tokico springs and shocks, weather seals, suspension bushings, brake parts & other bits and pieces.  I always dealt by fax (well, it\'s free from work isn\'t it?!) - they do take a few days to get back to you with a number of delivery options but it\'s all pretty straightforward. The service was second to none when they sent the wrong part and had to send a replacement. The parts I got were either genuine Mazda or recognised quality stuff, even though the catalogue doesn\'t tell you.
You\'ll be stung for the delivery charge, tax and a handling fee by the courier; I can\'t remember how much but it was pretty hefty.  Was it worth it?  Even with the associated costs it probably worked out fractionally cheaper - ok for me who would have to get most stuff delivered to the door anyway and I trust the one-stop-shop catalogue way of business; maybe not worth it if you want to see before you buy and have access to a supplier.  PM me if you need specifics.
