maybe someone can help me out here..
changed my Gearbox oil on sunday over to RED like MT90 75-90
when im in neutral gear at a stand still, i can hear the box kinda like make some whining noise but when i move the gear stick to right to left it go\'s dead silent.. kinda confused to think is it a bearing gone ?
when i filled the box up i thought i can fill it up by the gearstick area as thats how we do my mates AE86.. but put in a little bit of gear oil and it didnt go down... and so i went back to filling it up by the side of the box and using the over fill hole to make sure i have the correct oil in side..
not sure if thats the problem ? but i cant see it being so...
how much did you use? did you fill it up to the run off hole?
