Title: Hks ecu software

Hi all I found some guy selling hks ecu software on eBay including cable ,USB everything ,for the remap so I\'m just wondering if I buy it would any tuner near me can remap my car or still hard to do.all ecus are the works the same system but only the software diffrenet so if I have the software as the guy said it\'s genuine and I can remap the car with it.

Any idea or suggesting please

Of course no one knows what\'s hks ecu I just don\'t understand sometimes why I bother with this forum ,I never get a right awnser to anything I asked before.

They all hopeless mate nobody say anything for free in these days.
All I\'m asking if I have the software and wideband with all cable,USB can I remap my hks that\'s all.

A HKS Seller/tuner should be able to do it. As far as I know, HKS has a very strict policy with regards to their tuning software and dealers/tuners are strictly watched.

Either he will do it or he won\'t because you got something at hand they prefer not to go public.

I would say if you have the above yes you should be able to map yourself. if thats what your asking!

Should you map your car without any experience, a resounded NO however!

The mapper at my work maps all different brands of ecu megasquirt, apexi, unichip, motec, innovative etc, etc and they are all kinda the same just different layouts
