So i managed to get the bumblebee engine running today but when i checked the oil feed pipe to the turbo for oil there was non, dry as a bone :( the engine is full of oil
i have seen that the pressure sendors below the oil filter give trouble but only by giving faulty reading to the instrument cluster, my instrument cluster also reads 0 but even if the sendor was faulty it would stop the flow of oil surely?
is there anything in the oil system that gives trouble?
im presuming that if the turbo isnt getting oil then the OMP wont be either?
The sensor won\'t make a difference to the engine getting oil, have you built this? Sounds like the oil pump pully in the front cover is not engaged with the small key in the key way so it\'s just spinning. I\'m guessing nothing is getting oil not even your engine
didnt think so, no the engine is from my old donor car, it was running perfectly at 240bhp at 0.9bar, i havent stripped the engine so havent been near the oil pump, yeah thats what im scared of lol
