I dont know if its just me but i was looking at FD`s about a year ago and they do seem to have dropped in price alot when you can pick up a single turbo one for 5k.  I guess the whole thirsty Jap cars are being hit now with higher fuel prices which is good for me as im looking to buy :D

Thanks all.
As said in the old post last year, it\'s a friend of mine who\'s selling.
I\'ll pass on all details to him.

(I\'m a grizzed old FB street runner; I know \'nowt about FD\'s).

David tell him to sell to a European buyer, you will get 8k all day long as its a UK spec and easier for them to import then a Jap version, they go for big money in Europe

As much as that? Crickey.
He knows that he\'s sitting on a rare(ish) car since weren\'t these things priced at £32k or something silly when new?

But £8K seems a lot.

Anyway....all messages being passed back.

Hi David, I don\'t think to take, but I could ask to a friend :) brakes are now fully working? Engine needs a rebuild or not?
Maybe you could put on Autoscout24.it/de or similar, in Euro are very used
Good work my friend!

Hi Davide, when sold it will have a new UK Test Certificate which includes brakes.

The car has invoice for engine rebuild 18,000 miles ago by WGT. They are respected RX7 specialists in North West of England.
The car is in Sheffield, which is North East of England. Airports are: Doncaster (close), Leeds/Bradford (60kM) and Manchester (about 50 kM away but over the Pennine Hills).

Thanks for the Autoscout site. Is english in common use there?

Kind Regards  David

Hi David,

Have you spoken to Paul recently? I made an offer on this car by phone last weekend, which was accepted. I was just waiting for him to return from Italy. Has something changed?

Cheers

No, not spoken to him since he went. He\'s still in Italy a few more days. I\'m just sending information out from here to him. I\'ve not had any feedback from him directly, so if he has accepted then good. My role is (should I say was?) just to let people know about the car because I\'m a Club Member and he\'s not.
So don\'t worry if you have struck a deal - because I\'m still running in the last programmed manner, which was to let people know about it.
If you are buying he can give me a bottle of nice red for my trouble.....:Tongue1

Paul goes for an annual cycling holiday with 2 friends Davide. As I understand it they get a cable car up mountains and then speed down on their bikes! Sounds crazy fun.

Thanks for the clarification, I\'d be after two bottles if I was you :)
