Title: Knock sensor
Post by: nc30pete on July 01, 2012, 03:23:49 PM
Tryibg to check out all std sensors to make sure they are all in spec-
Fsm says if you have continuity between ecu terminal 3m and ground you have to repair or replace wiring. I have continuity :-(

How much does knock readings to ecu affect running? Would it even play a part whilst trying to get it running ?

Knock sensors are garbage IMO they can be set off by anything giving silly readings

i am running twins on mine with an apexi ecu and sometimes at high rpm it puts the light on, i have had a talk with hayward rotary about this and have been assured it is nothing to have concern over
