Post by: tonyn on July 11, 2004, 06:03:17 PM
Ive got an auto fd3 and on the gear selector there is a button that when pressed doesnt appear to do anything apart from the word `hold` appears on the rev counter. Can anyone tell what this means? Thanks

lol that is the fun button mate.
You press the button and it holds it in gear until you physically change. Kind of like sequential mode. press the button put it in
L (1) plant your foot down change at 7500 rpm to s (2) so on and so forth. You do about 130 mph in 3rd  (d) then press the button again at 7,500 in 3rd and it will change automatically to 4th and bobs your uncle.
