Hi bud, all of these will fit the ARC air box.
Also HKS and DoLuck ones for sale on the sumo power site will fit the arc too.

Pipercross PP1194
Fram CA-6381
K&N 33-2017
ITG WB597
Green P491866

:) , k&n  and DoLuck seem to be popular choices

Thanks for your answer Dragun, but I\'m afraid the filters you listed are for the standard air box for the FD and will not fit the ARC box. The size seems to be different...

My old ARC filter is 200x240x30 (outside lenght/width) and is much smaller than the dimensions of the filters listed above.

I\'ve no idea which version I have. I found that filter on rhd japan too and according to the dimensions in the add this one should be a good fit.

I just ordered the ARC filter because I have no alternatives and hope it was a good choice.

You not thought about running a FMIC? I guess if your running stock ecu there wouldn\'t b a point. If your on a power fc maybe it\'s food for thought, no more pesky filters and more delicious cold air.

I\'m running a pfc but I did not think about a FMIC setup. I need that stupid box to get mot for the car. Once it\'s registrated road legal I\'m gonna change the intake.
But I\'d rather go vmount than FMIC.

I wonder what filters all the other ARC box owners bought. Surprised that no one has posted in here yet...

Your queens anniversary might be the reason they didn\'t get back to me. I heard its a kind of Holliday and that that\'s why theyre closed.
But now I have ordered a K&N Filter 33-2119. This one is supposed to fit properly. We will see...

ARC went bankrupt or whatever and closed last year, then now on Jan 2012, they are back into business.  Here is their official website, should be able to find your filter there.

Hey Guys,
I too am looking for an ARC filter to suit the FD airbox. I haven\'t replaced mine yet because I\'m not sure what fits or where to get 1.

If I\'m honest I do kind of want the ARC filter for the \'look\' I like the bright red with ARC in white.

Adds some Jazz to the engine bay.

Let me know if anyone ordered a filter that works?

Also are there not 2 filters? 1 top and 1 bottom of the box?

Correct! There\'re two filters. I ordered the K&N filter I mentioned above and it fits well. So that is definately an option.

I also ordered the ARC filter type A. It\'s twice the price and I\'m courious if it\'s worth the pennies....

Okay cool K&N is what I was probably going to buy, so I assume it\'s 2 K&N filters then in the kit?

My current filter is unknown make and quality and I have no idea how old it is, because it just looks dirty (colour wise) but doesn\'t mean it\'s old.

I doubt the ARC filter is any better than the K&N filter to be honest and apparently it\'s not a lifetime filter like the K&N units are.

However it looks good :)

Got the ARC filter today. What a massive disappointment :2eek:2eek  the quality seems to be not worth the money at all. The filter material is not comparable to the K&N filter, it\'s totally different. Cheap red spongy stuff with a smelly rubber frame. It looks like it\'s made in china and ARC paid them probably a dollar a piece....

Haven\'t tried to fit it yet but will get back with info regarding fitment...

That\'s a shame but thanks for letting me know. Can you tell me what part no. the K&N filter kit was?

Was it this part number? (33-2119)

yeah that\'s the one, fits perfectly :D

But I have only tried to change the filter on the top of the box. The buttom filter is still the old one...
