She’s a tidy example with history and sensible mods.
Taxed till Feb 2013, MOT till Sept 2013. Registered as a 1.3L for cheaper tax.

All round good condition for a 20 year old car! Same owner for the last 3 years but I’ve covered just 7500 miles in all that time. My job means I hardly get time to drive her and I can’t really justify keeping 3 cars anymore. However I don’t really want to sell so any excuse not to will be welcome.
I’ve owned her since 2009 and have been steadily improving and tidying up the interior/exterior as well as general servicing and other improvements.
The car is standard with the following mods Apexi Power FC , JAM racing intercooler and Genuine Mazdaspeed exhaust, HKS downpipe, Blitz DV, K&N filter in standard box. There is also a Genuine Mazdaspeed rear spoiler and the rear lights have unique rotary lens shapes in them. The previous owner spend £1000’s soundproofing the interior and also added a flocked dash and alcantara headlining and also fitted extra temperature and oil pressure gauges as seen in the picture. She also has a Clifford Cat II Alarm with central locking and remote boot release.
The car was previously mapped by Hayward Rotary to 330bhp however i’ve since converted the car back to a more sensible setup and improved the maps, particularly leaning out the cruise and idle sections to massively improve fuel economy. She has an EGT thermocouple fitted for monitoring EGT’s. I\'ve used Chuck Westbrook\'s notes and tools during mapping.
Body work is in very good condition the underside is completely stonechip protected (by me) and there is no rust in any of the usual places. There are a few paint defects in various places, nothing major.
Engine was replaced by the previous owner and was showing good compression when last tested. It was brand new from Mazda in 2005 and done approx 40k miles with regular servicing.
Wheels are standard Mazda 16†painted black. Tyres were all fitted brand new and are Toyo Proxes on the front and Accelera on the rear all with at least 6mm tread. Suspension is 2001 spec standard Mazda shocks/springs.
Currently the car has a Momo steering wheel, Pioneer stereo, FC Datalogit and LC-1 Wideband Lambda. I’m not including these in the sale.

Like I said it\'s a reluctant sale but i\'ve got to be realistic about the amount of spare time I have for toys these days.
