Title: FC Speakers
Post by: jetpilot on July 08, 2004, 08:08:49 PM
Hey Guys, well she is home and the lengthy process begins. Will smarten her up a bit first, sound deadened the boot already and now on to the spare wheel compartment. I have an speaker question though, it would seem there are two holes in the doors for speakers, one in the lower font corners and one above the window opening switches, although this appears to be a very odd size. Does anyone have a speaker here or just the lower ones.

Standard speakers are above your leg on passenger and drivers side and on top of the two suspension mounts in the rear.  My first FC had other speakers mounted into the door cards but that was an after market thing done by the previous owner.

 Hope this helps.

Thanks Brett, i have the ones above your legs, but there are some aftermarket ones in the door, but the actual door has cuts out if you take the panel of, but they are a well weird shape (the cut outs that is), almost like egg shape, weird. Thanks,

I know alot of the Verts had two extra speakers in the door cards. I dont know why but i\'m guessing as they dont have them in the Back its to get them closer to your ear?
