I guess what it really shows is that the standard of refereeing in the US game is sub-par. You can guarantee that some prem players would get away with that stuff if they could.
Any number of those incidents would have seen a streight red in most european football because it was done with malice and intent rather than accidental or late.
Slightly amusing though that if that was a dude, he would have been on the deck rolling in agony, that girl was elbowed and punched in the face and she didnt even hit the deck!
