can anyone tell me how often do yous change your diff and gear box oil and what do you guys use, and is there is how to to teach me what to do thx.....

I suggest you
MT-90 75W90 GL-4 Gear Oil (Trasmition)
75W90 GL-5 Gear Oil (Differential)

If you feel comfortable doing an oil change every 10k miles
