Title: Compression Tests
Post by: Rich Cheung on July 07, 2004, 02:30:29 PM
Hi guys. I\'m new to the RX scene and looking to p/x my FTO. Love my car but the RX bug has got too strong to ignore any longer.

I\'m looking at a car in Aylesbury at the weekend and want to get a compression test done. Can anyone recommend who I can contact to carry this out for me.

Thanks for your help.

Rich

you would have to take the car to them I\'d imagine

Its a private sale but the guy has only had it a few months. I am also hopeful on one of the owners cars on here. If you know anyone looking to p/x please point them my way. I currently own an FTO.

Cheers,
Rich

have you got the link from the ad be interested to look at the spec/details given?
Most folks will advise to hang round/wait &/or fork out a bit more to try & ensure you get a good un as with all performance cars a bad un will cost you a lot of money (not that a good un wont (http://instagiber.net/smiliesdotcom/contrib/ed/wink2.gif) lol) but wish you well in your quest & hope to see ya at a meet soon to bend yer ear & such like lol
