Quick question,
Just plumbing in my brakes after removing ABS and i\'m putting in an adjustable proportioning valve in the rear line for bias. But does anyone know if it would make a difference if i also plumbed in the stock prop valve? Would this mean i\'d be decreasing the pressure to the rears further? Or do i leave it out altogether?
Bearing in mind it\'s quite late and my brain isn\'t fully functional atm!
I\'ve used it on the race car only, for the road car, better forget about it and not worth the money spend/time. yes, it make a difference, depending what\'s wet or dry e.g more bias on the front when it\'s rain or> more rear bias>>> more choice of hitting a wall.
again as above, depending what kind of supension(sp)have you got, soft> may get away> hard>spinning off etcccc.
Too many black art there.
Mazda make a good job on the brake and it was the best braking system in its class.
Thanks for the info mate. My setup isn\'t very standard though, adjustable coilovers, ceramic pads, uprated discs, stock calipers though. Weight distribution is slightly different. I reckon it\'s a lot handier to have adjustment and as for ABS, I\'ve never liked it!
i think removing the abs will be an mot fail come the beginning of may

Ceramic pad!! that\'s unsuitable for road car and I belived that\'s a problem cos it\'s for racing only
it need heat to make it stop and very nosiey too.
better off to buy OMP brake pad or any other brake pad bland..
maybe it\'ll better to put the ABS back in and replace new normal pad to stop the car well. just for your safety.
Goldie, it\'s not about you and it\'s just me, a oldman moaning about, I canna understand why people buy "race part" for the road car, it never work any way and any time.
Cool well ABS is out anyway and my ceramic pads aren\'t noisy nor take long to warm up nicely. I know what I\'m doing and why I\'m doing it. I want adjustment and no stupid ancient ABS in the way. :)
oh no you don\'t and that\'s why you got a problem with brake.....Lol
