Title: Instructions for a Blitz VGTT Turbo timer
Post by: Ric on July 04, 2004, 05:16:41 PM
A bit of a long shot here.

Does anyone happen to have [english] instructions for the above? I\'m planning on moving mine somewhere else but when I had a quick butchers at the wiring I noticed that at least one of the wires doesn\'t seem to be connected. Still seems to work ok but I was curious as to what it was.

Excellent - that sounds about right

I have (big block 4 pin connector):

Black
Red
Blue
Green/Brown stripe

and (small block 3 pin connector):

White
Orange
Purple

I\'m pretty sure that it was the white that wasn\'t connector which would most likely be the "shift lock" which makes sense as it\'s a manual and not auto.

I\'ll check tomorrow when I have another search for my missing arial lead.

Cheers!

I don\'t suppose whether anyone knows if/how it\'s possible to get these turbo timers to do the voice bits in English rather than Japanses or is that model dependent?

I\'ve figured out how to get her to shut up but all the writing on the TT is in Engish (no instructions sadly) and I read somewhere that this model speaks in English or Japanese. What I\'m not sure is if there are two different models. i.e. on that speaks english and the other for Japanese.
