Title: water coolant
Post by: hotstepper1973 on July 04, 2004, 04:32:13 PM
does anyone know how to bleed air off the water system as i think you are supposed to bleed the system when you top the water up. I am not sure but am i right in thinking that there is a bleeding pipe for the water just behind the plenum which then releases the air thus then preventing air locks in the water system, that is all i know so any help words or diagrams would be grateful.

I had a modded rad that when you bled the system you just topped up realeased a nut at the top of the rad and then start the car up and out come the bubbles, if its a stock rad then no idea?

Sorry chap, :(  you still chuffed with your 1/4 mile run at rotorstock?
