Post by: shifty on January 18, 2012, 06:24:41 PM
Looking to replace my battery terminals as mine are a bit knackered and arnt very tight anymore did fancy some nice gold ones but all I can fine is terminal block style ones and I need one with a post and nut to attach the lug on the ends of the cables to as I dont fancy cutting anything.
Any suggestions on where to look.

sorry.. i see what you mean now..
have a look at motor factors or something similar i guess.

or just cut if wire is long enough, that way you get rid of all the crap (oxidisation) in the old exposed wire.
sorry not much help >.<

Yep as above Halfords, I fitted a battery cut off switch on the RX-8 and needed terminals that let me bolt the cables on.

Make sure and get Japanese spec terminal sizes as the posts are smaller than conventional terminals or you will find that the terminal will not tighten up around the post properly
