Title: mid-pipe / Catalytic
Post by: FD3S-UK-8000 on January 12, 2012, 03:38:12 PM
Hi as titled..
I\'m new to the FD3S and I would like some body to clarify for me that the Mid-Pipe is NOT the CAT? Or is it?
I had a scooby before and the exhaust lay out was Turbo-catalytic-baffle-midpipe-back box.
I keep reading on google etc and people are saying the FD3S... The mid-pipe is the CAT... Is this true??
Please put me back on track!!!
Thanks in advance!!

on an fd you have the front pipe then the mid/centre/cat pipe (whatever you want to call it) then the back box. 3 bits in total

UK cars also had a cat in the downpipe.
