You will also need to purchase an entrance ticket. As like last year, we will offer the tickets to Full Club Members at just £7.50 each instead of the advanced ticket price of £15.00.
We have just paid out £900.00 for the track session and tickets, so would appreciate if in due course you can buy and secure your tickets, by clickling here (http://www.rotaryshop.co.uk/bnow-on-sale---japest---saturday-12th-may---castle-combe-wiltshireb-1668-p.asp)
Please note that you will not receive your tickets and track passes if you are also going out on track until nearer the date of the event as this is how the organizers always work.

Bit confused wanna buy 2 tickets one for me and one for a mate does he class as a guest or do I pay £15 for him if so does it have to come from the japfest site.

I have currently sold 15 out of the original 20 that we have paid for.
Please can you order your Japfest tickets within the next few weeks in order we can request another batch of tickets and also in order that we can know the number of addtional tickets that we require.

Just to remind people who are either going out on track session or are just attending Japfest that you will require tickets to attend the event.

This is why I rarely come on over here, because I\'m usually ignored....
I suspect stand passes will come later as there isnt a who,s attending thread yet to size up the stand size required but im sure Clive or Lisa will confirm this when they have time but I suggest a little patience matey as its a nice weekend so most are out enjoying it;):driving

Sorry for missing thos post - Yes each ticket comes with a stand pass. That is why I need to know the number of people attending so I can make sure we are allocated sufficient space to cater for everyone attending in the Rotary
