S\'appenin yall!
The alternator has packed up on me... I wanna ask you guys to be sure. The lights on the oil pressure and temp gauge would light up (not fully) and die out as the revs increase. It stopped for a while then the lights came back on yesterday and now they are bright with no dimming upon increased RPM. Also I heard a bit of whining as the RPM increased. So im assuming the alernator has died... never mind... Im picking up another tonight.
Next question...
Upon removing whatever it is I removed (im such a noob lol) I found spaghetti junction! Also I found some redundant plumbing, I know theyve been \'disconnected\' a long while as they dont show up nice and shiney on the ends as if something fell off recently. First pic shows (just about) 2 ends of metal pipework... should I worry?

Next pic shows the same again, the top pipe of the 3 stacked upon eachother... looking at it it seems linked the the closer pipe in the first pic.

3rd pic shows a redundant ol\'skool brittle bit of black pipework... I dunno where the hell this goes to, saying that... You can see where the little green cylinder shaped thing is clipped in place, to the left of that is green silicone hose that I plumbed in place thinking thats where something should go, again there was no evidence showing anything was ever on it in the first place... I plumbed in some hosing anyway, is this ok? Doesnt look like it was disconnected from the black pipe originally is question as its just not long or flexible enough... this black pipe leads from the intake pipe above the turbo.

Help is much appreciated

Some of the metal pipe work in the rats nest are not all connected as I think it was for the USA emissions. As for the last pic it looks like the vac hose from the y pipe to LIM I\'m not to sure but that\'s what think if you look for a vacuum diagram it might help.
on closer looking that pipe look like it needs to be joined to the pressure chamber witch sits infront of the alternator. heres a pic
