basically  the question is, any good for rotary engines????

Had one of these on my supra single turbo and is was easy to use?
Would it run a single turbo rx7, fuel wise obviously???

The e-manage blue is an ok sort of ECU, its on par with a megasquirt, its pretty basic, its best to get an e-manage Ultimate like myself and Prof, many more options!

but it would do the job on a rotary engine??

I have just been offered one at a ridiculously silly low price?

It has the harness attached, could have hard wired it but instead I got an ECU patch cable so that it can easily be removed from the OEM loom, check out driftworks as I have seen a few on there with a universal harness. What rx7 is it for? Guessing an FD? if so I would suggest you look at getting a power FC as there is much more support for those with regards to mapping and parts.

blue is ok but has limits to the mapping (dont quote me on this next bit!) e.g.
blue has 16 point mapping for fuel at every 500 rpm per map point
ultimate has 32 gives you something like every 200 rpm for mapping

like said dont quote me on that as its just an example but you backly get more refined mapping with the ultimate.

120 isnt bad but you may be better off looking for a ultimate.

unless its a fd the you can get full standaloan fcs for about 300-400

The power FC is backwards engineered to fit an FC, not ideal
